Orders & Shipping

Our business hours are 9am – 3pm from Monday to Friday 

Any orders placed over the weekend or on QLD public holidays will be processed the next business day

Domestic Shipping

Australian Postage & Packaging Standard Rate is $12.50 for up to 150g of product or $16.50 for 151g and over

Standard shipping orders are posted on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 

During sale or promotion periods packaging may take up to 4 working days

Express shipping $15.50 up to 150g & $18.50 for 151g and over

Express orders placed before 11am are posted out the same day (up to 2 working days over sale/promotion periods)

If a product is purchased on BACKORDER the whole order will be sent out on the backorder date. If you'd like in stock items earlier please purchase separately.

International Shipping

We currently DO NOT ship glass jars internationally. If you wish to purchase a tea/syrup and would like international postage please select the biodegradable cylinder option. International Standard with tracking $40 AUD
